When a homeowner creates an account or requests a sign, we collect:

- Phone number (if SMS notifications are opted into)
- Sign type preference (yard sign and/or doorbell sign)
- Notification preferences (email and/or SMS opt-in)
- Account login credentials (email and hashed password, or Google OAuth identifier)
From Canvassers / Sales Professionals
When a canvasser creates a profile or scans a homeowner's sign, we collect:
- Full name
- Company name and job title
- Email address and phone number
- Industry and years of experience
- License or certification number (optional)
- A personal bio
- Profile photo and business card image (if uploaded)
- Brochure or marketing materials (if uploaded)
- Links to Yelp, Google, Facebook, or company website (if provided)
- Account login credentials (email and hashed password, or Google OAuth identifier)
Automatically Collected Information
We may automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Service, including:
- IP address and general geographic location
- Browser type and version
- Pages visited and time spent
- Referring URL
- Device type and operating system
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Fulfill sign requests and ship physical signs to homeowners
- Deliver canvasser information to the appropriate homeowner when a sign is scanned
- Send email and/or SMS notifications to homeowners who have opted in
- Create and manage user accounts

- Improve and operate our Service

3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We share information only as follows:
- Canvasser → Homeowner: When a canvasser scans a homeowner's sign and submits their information, that submission is delivered to the homeowner associated with that sign. The canvasser does not receive the homeowner's contact information.
- Service providers: We may share data with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate our Service (e.g., email delivery, hosting, analytics), under strict confidentiality agreements.
- Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of EntryVerified, our users, or others.
4. SMS Notifications
If you opt in to receive SMS notifications, standard messaging and data rates may apply. Message frequency depends on canvasser activity at your address. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us or by updating your notification preferences in your account settings. For help, reply HELP.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@entryverified.com. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly.
8. Your Rights
